My request for support from Intuit was very effective today. Problem: I needed to MTD file my VAT return in Quickbooks 2019 after upgrading from Quickbooks Pro 2015. I had closed the period in QB2015 but not filed it electronically. The solution Deletion of the closed status in the Journal to reveal and show the original VAT100 form and enable this return to be filed MTD with HMRC. I was assisted by a young lady called Liesel in Philippines. She solved my problem within 5 mins of her taking control of my machine Liesel quickly diagnosed my problem and resolved my issue quickly and efficiently she demonstrated understanding and competance. An excellent customer experience.
