I am an occasional user of ProgeCAD, having spent many years using AutoCAD Lite.
Whilst I'd become reasonably proficient at AutoCAD, I find ProgeCAD much harder to use, but if I spent a lot of time customising it, it might be better.
It also seems a bit sluggish.
So for me, as a fairly un-typical user I'd rate it 'medium' - I can get the job done, but it always feels like rather hard work.
